Design a Home That Feels Good

ABOUT DAMA

Welcome Friend! Its Nice To Meet You.

Hi, I’m Dama — a UX designer turned home design blogger who believes small spaces can still have big personality. If you’re a renter or living in a compact home, you don’t need a full remodel to create a space that feels calm, functional, and uniquely yours.

MY STORY

For years, I worked in the world of UX — designing digital experiences that made life simpler for users. But at home, I felt the opposite: cramped, cluttered, and constantly rearranging things that didn’t quite work.

Out of frustration (and maybe a little obsession), I started treating my apartment like a design project — testing ideas, rearranging layouts, and finding renter-friendly ways to make small spaces feel intentional. Over time, my home went from “temporary” to comfortable, creative, and completely me.

That shift showed me something powerful: good design doesn’t depend on square footage or ownership. It’s about understanding how you live — and designing around that

On this blog, I share what I’ve learned:

  • Smart, renter-friendly ideas you can actually use

  • Small-space solutions that balance function + style

  • Home office setups that make working from home feel inspiring

  • Simple DIYs and styling tips that don’t cost a fortune

My goal? To help you create a home that works for you — one that feels both beautiful and effortless.
